Teaching Methodology

How we teach Japanese

Our approach combines the best of both worlds — authentic Japanese instruction with culturally-informed local guidance.

1

Communicative Language Teaching (CLT)

Speaking, listening, reading, and writing taught in balanced ratio — not grammar-only. Students use Japanese from the first class.

2

Native + Local Instructor Pairing

A native Japanese speaker leads pronunciation and conversation; a certified Bangladeshi teacher handles grammar in Bengali context.

3

Mock Exam Cycles

Full mock JLPT/JFT exams under timed conditions throughout the course — not just at the end. Each mock followed by a review session.

4

Small Batch Sizes

Limited class sizes ensure every student gets personalized attention, speaking time with the Japanese instructor, and individual progress tracking.

5

Online + In-Person Hybrid

All courses can be attended in-person or online — giving students outside Dhaka full access to MJTC's instructors and materials without relocation.

6

Progress Assessment & Counseling

Regular assessments identify weak areas early. Students receive one-on-one feedback and updated study plans at each milestone.

What We Do

Our six pillars of service

Every program and service at MJTC is built around these core commitments to our students.

Language Education

JLPT N5, N4, N3 and JFT A2 courses with structured curricula, native instructors, and JLPT Prep Programs covering the full N5–N3 progression.

Higher Education in Japan

Full Study in Japan Program — language school, Senmon Gakko, undergraduate and postgraduate admissions, SOP writing, visa guidance, and scholarship support.

Work Visa Programs

SSW and TITP programs covering 8 sectors: caregiving, food service, agriculture, construction, manufacturing, hospitality, fisheries, and automobile transportation.

Cultural Training

Practical Japanese workplace etiquette, social norms, and cultural intelligence integrated into all courses — students arrive in Japan ready to navigate the environment.

Skill Development

Soft skills training including leadership, workplace communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving for Japan's demanding work culture.

Career Counseling & Support

Ongoing career counseling, internship placement support, exam registration guidance, and parent/guardian communication — supporting students through every stage.

Student & Family Support

Parent & Guardian Communication

MJTC understands that studying for Japan is a family decision. We keep parents and guardians informed at every milestone — enrollment, batch progress, exam results, and placement outcomes.

  • Regular progress reports shared with families
  • Parent counseling sessions available on request
  • Transparent fee structure with no hidden charges
  • Scholarship and financial guidance for eligible students
  • Pre-departure family briefings before Japan departure
Code of Conduct

Our expectations of students

Japan's workplace culture values discipline, punctuality, and respect. MJTC mirrors these values in the classroom.

  • Punctual attendance — 80% minimum required
  • Respect for instructors and fellow students
  • Academic honesty in assignments and mock exams
  • Mobile discipline — phones silenced during class
  • Active participation in speaking and listening exercises
Future Goals

Where we are going

MJTC is building toward a future where Japanese language skills are a standard, accessible route out of youth unemployment in Bangladesh.

01

Reduce Youth Unemployment

Create direct, measurable job and study pathways to Japan for Bangladeshi youth aged 18–35 — targeting sectors with confirmed labor shortages in Japan's post-2025 workforce plan.

02

Align With Japan Market Demands

Reform curriculum in real-time to match Japan's evolving SSW sectors and immigration policies — keeping graduates perpetually market-ready as Japan's labor market shifts.

03

Expand Scholarship Access

Partner with Japanese universities, government bodies, and private sponsors to bring scholarship opportunities directly to Bangladeshi students — making Japan accessible regardless of family income.

04

Foster Entrepreneurship

Support graduates returning from Japan to establish ventures in Bangladesh using the technical skills, capital, and cross-cultural experience they bring back.

05

Promote Gender-Responsive Education

Develop scholarship programs, flexible scheduling, and female-specific placement support to double female enrollment and placement in Japan's workforce within three years.

06

Expand Beyond Dhaka

Open branch centers in Chittagong, Sylhet, and Rajshahi — bringing Japan-focused training to underserved talent pools across Bangladesh.
